Earlier, King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman sent telegrams of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall concert hall.
Also, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi condemned the terrorist attack in Crocus and expressed solidarity with the government and people of Russia.
