“We strongly condemn this barbaric terrorist act, the victims of which were civilians,” the report said on a website of the Russian foreign ministry.
The Foreign Ministry said that "this is another bloody sortie of extremists aimed at destabilizing the situation in Somalia."
“We express our sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims, we wish a speedy recovery to all the victims,” the statement said.
