In Sunday's agenda in SVT, the Swedish Democrats' party leader Jimmie Åkesson is interviewed about what preventive measures he believes can reduce gang crime.

- I believe a lot in making demands - requirements for adaptation and livelihood, he says.

In his speech during the party's national days, Åkesson ironed over those who believe that the read-write-count guarantee in school would have any major effect in reducing violence. He tells SVT that investments in the school are important in the longer term.
