Al-Hammadi pointed out that the «Noon convoy» was based on a bus, and now it has a permanent building to teach all children deprived of schooling, and enroll them in schools, in order to contribute to solving the problem of education of children out of school for the ages of six to 12 years, by returning disadvantaged students From their right to education to school, using a simplified curriculum in Arabic, English, mathematics and Islamic education, teaching them some skills and moral education.

She said that the Department of Social Services has been able, through «Noon convoy», to solve the problems of many children whose conditions were barrier to school, through cooperation with the competent authorities, such as the Sharjah Education Council, community police and the Emirates Society for retirees, and have been given skills Basic education by investing their free time and re-enrolling them in regular schools.

She explained that the objectives of the initiative to spread the culture of volunteerism, and to raise the level of coordination with community institutions, and reduce the incidence of crime by improving their behavior, pointing out that after being included in the educational program to conduct examinations to determine the level of each child, and join them in the appropriate classes for their age group.

She added that «Noon convoy» receives children in batches, and the number is in each batch 40 children between males and females, where they have completed the education of five batches, and the volunteer center is now working in the sixth batch, where each child participant undergoes an educational program for four months, and then They are enrolled in schools, after communicating with schools in the Emirate, and securing the necessary tuition fees, after completing the official identification documents of each student.

She explained that the convoy has moved in the delivery of educational tasks from «mobile unit» to integrated classrooms in a building endowment donated by the Department of Awqaf in Sharjah, pointing out that there are 62 volunteers who provide education to children, the number of 1531 volunteer hours.

Al Hammadi explained that containing the problem stems from the role of the Department of Social Services in securing the rights of children, protecting their rights of education, and the right to obtain identity papers, calling on all community groups and social institutions in Sharjah to take the initiative to support this category of children, to ensure that they continue to receive education.
