He explained that «regarding maternity leave, the student can get a maximum of 20% of the total scheduled lectures required by the student during the semester», pointing out that «20% is a reasonable rate, as it ensures that the student has enough or minimum knowledge And the skills required in the specialization or course he is studying ».

Al-Mulla said that a married student who wants to spend maternity leave, can determine the duration, and for his part, put the academic official in the college where the study plan, to compensate for the missed study in the semester in which it dropped out of study, and then the student can continue her studies, Without being asked to re-admit or register again.
