10 November 20190.30 High tension in Bolivia where the ruling party has invited supporters to occupy the streets of La Paz to defend the re-election of President Evo Morales. The police in three cities have in fact joined the anti-government protests. Morales called for dialogue with the opposition parties in parliament, but he explicitly excluded the powerful regional civic committees opposed to him. The opposition leader, former president Carlos Mesa, rejected Morales' gesture.
