01 October 2019Nikolaj Koliada, founder and artistic director of the "Koliada Center" theater in Yekaterinburg, announced that the local authorities had fined him for the equivalent of 700 euros "for lack of preparation for the war". The inspection of the local headquarters of the Civil Protection, after visiting the theater, found it devoid of the gas masks and food supplies (preserves) for the hypothesis of a war.

The management of the restaurant was unaware of the fact that the theater had been included in the list of shelters for a possible war. The director thus commented on the prospect of a war: "We have everything full and war breaks out. At that point we act on the stage with gas masks, eating canned food supplies! ".
