UAE astronaut Hazza Al Mansouri said he is experimenting with the International Space Station on the impact of zero gravity on astronauts' sense of time. During a call with Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center yesterday, he said that he conducted an experiment on the impact of zero gravity on the human body, stressing that things are going well.

He pointed out that the people of the UAE are fortunate to lead, which provides them with the means of success, stressing that there will be many Emirati astronauts in the future, calling on young people to show determination and will to achieve their goals.

Al-Mansouri pointed out that the Internet service is available on the International Space Station and that he communicates with his family by e-mail.

He pointed out that the station is 400 kilometers away from the earth, and is seen sunrise and sunset, including 16 times a day, explaining that the GMT is adopted at the station.

He said that he goes to sleep at 9:30 GMT, expressing his happiness to realize his dream of being the first Arab astronaut to enter the International Space Station, as this is a medal on his chest.

He explained that the first thing he will do after his return to Earth is to contact his mother to reassure her, and will share his experience gained during his trip to serve his country UAE, stressing his readiness to return to the International Space Station more than once to conduct experiments, pointing out that he saw the Nile River and the pyramids from the station International Space, he said: "The view was wonderful."
