27 September 201920.14 At the Chamber, the Constitutional Affairs Committee examines the law on citizenship that introduces the so-called 'ius culturae'. The president of the Commission, Brescia (M5s), was the speaker of the reform. The exam will resume next Thursday. The text, first signed by Boldrini, was hinged at the opposition level (Leu) in October 2018. The speaker was Speranza, now a Minister of Health. The reform would link citizenship to the "positive conclusion of a course of studies, not just to attendance".
