“A number of personnel decisions were made”: 11 police officers punished in the Ministry of Internal Affairs after the case of violence against a minor in Anapa

11 police officers were punished after an incident with police officers in Anapa, who forced a 17-year-old girl to engage in sexual acts. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnodar Territory.

“To date, a number of personnel decisions have been taken regarding 11 police officers. Four police patrol officers were dismissed from the police for negative reasons. Their direct supervisors were brought to strict disciplinary responsibility, ”the TASS message quotes.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Anapa and his deputy for the protection of public order lost his post.

At the same time, another deputy received a warning about incomplete official compliance. In addition, a severe reprimand was announced to two officials from the leadership of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory.

Incident in Vityazevo

Recall that on August 26, the investigative department of the city of Anapa of the Investigative Committee for the Krasnodar Territory opened a criminal case under part 2 of article 133 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Coercion of a minor by an act of a sexual nature”) against two officers of the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The incident occurred on the beach Vityazevo.

“According to the investigation, the police, for not bringing the minor to administrative responsibility, forced the latter to have sexual intercourse. As a result, the girl agreed to the demands of the defendants, ”the agency said.

A source of Komsomolskaya Pravda, familiar with the situation, outlined a similar version of events. According to him, the police found on the beach a minor girl who was intoxicated, after which they suggested she go to the post to draw up an administrative protocol.

“Frightened by possible troubles at the training camp, the girl herself suggested that the indicated police officers not tell anyone about this for having sex with her,” the source said.

At the same time, 0.59 ppm of alcohol was allegedly found in the blood of the victim.

Later, the Anapa City Hall reported a third policeman - a defendant in the case. At the same time, all three were fired from the service. As the head of the resort city Yuri Polyakov noted, no one is going to “hide and hush up” such incidents.

“But a flagrant incident in Vityazevo should not cast a shadow over the entire police force of the city! Many professionals, experienced and decent employees work here. And the villains must be punished to the fullest extent of the law! ”- explained the mayor.

According to Dmitry Korkishko, deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Anapa, all three former police officers were placed in the pre-trial detention center. Later, in respect of two of them, a preventive measure was taken in the form of two months of detention.

The Office of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Krasnodar Territory also studied the case. In addition, the Kremlin called the situation “outrageous and unacceptable”.

“The mentioned cases of rape are absolutely unacceptable, disgusting, but do not associate this with the police. Citizens commit crimes if this is proved by the court, ”said Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian president.

We add that a similar episode occurred on August 22 in Yekaterinburg, where three policemen were accused of raping a girl born in 1997 in a company car.

What is known about the victim

Immediately after the incident in Anapa, TASS, citing a source in the region’s emergency services, reported that the victim was a minor volleyball player from the Volleygrad sports and fitness complex. The girl played for the team of the Moscow region in the final stage of beach volleyball competitions.

At the same time, according to the Komsomolskaya Pravda publication, the victim was a 17-year-old athlete from Lipetsk, a player of the Russian youth volleyball team. In Anapa, she was at a training camp.

The portal’s material also indicated that the trainers considered her a talented volleyball player, who, meanwhile, “doesn’t differ in diligent behavior.”

It is reported that she is already the champion of Europe, the world and the winner of the 2018 Olympic Games.
