The US court has decided, for lack of evidence, not to charge for rape the Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, announced Monday the prosecutor in charge of the case.
An American woman accused the five-time Golden Ball of having raped her in 2009 in a hotel room in Las Vegas. "Based on the information available," these "charges can not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt," according to a statement from Clark County Attorney in Nevada.
