Tolstoy recalled that, including Kiev and London, “introduced more than 200 amendments to delay the adoption of the resolution”, which would allow Russia to return to PACE.

It became known earlier that the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe invited the Russian delegation to take part in the PACE session in June, while retaining the possibility of challenging the powers of Moscow.
