According to the TASS, 116 parliamentarians voted for the adoption of the document, 62 opposed and 15 abstained.
Earlier, PACE rejected the amendment to the draft resolution, which was proposed not to confirm the powers of the Russian delegation.
On June 26, the PACE Committee recommended confirming the powers of the Russian delegation.
