The head of state also briefed the meeting participants on the negotiations with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Also discussed were the situation in Syria and the domestic Russian socio-economic agenda.
Earlier, Peskov said that during Putin’s telephone conversation with his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro, the latter did not ask for help in connection with the political crisis in the country.
