The Public Prosecutor's Office in Istanbul completed Friday the statements of twenty employees at the Saudi consulate, while a Turkish security source revealed to the island new details appalling about the assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi and chopping his body at the consulate.

Al-Jazeera correspondent reported that more than one prosecutor listened to the testimonies of the Turkish staff at the Saudi consulate, including the driver of the Saudi Consul Mohammed Al-Otaibi, pointing out that the number of those who listened to their testimony reached 20 out of 45 wanted for the certificate.

On the other hand, a Turkish security source said that the criminal investigation reached the place where Khashoggi was killed inside the consulate accurately, and that the team listened to the recordings before the preview of the Saudi consulate and simulation work inside.

According to the source, Khashoggi's room was already equipped with equipment to deal with him. Khashoggi was attacked by several people after entering the Consul's room. Saudi autopsy doctor Salah al-Tabiqi then cut his body immediately after his liquidation.

The source added that the doctor took 15 minutes in the process of chopping Khashoggi's body, and that his assistants were wrapping parts of the body after cutting directly.

On Thursday, Turkish investigators conducted a search of the Belgrade forest west of Istanbul, after photographs from the surveillance camera revealed that at least one car with diplomatic registration plates entered it after leaving the consulate building on October 2.

Al-Jazeera correspondent said the authorities searched Friday in Yalwa province near Istanbul and then in the Pendik district of the Asian section of Istanbul, after it was found that cars belonging to the Saudi consulate also went to the two regions, which may reveal the whereabouts of Khashoggi's body.

Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gawishoglu confirmed that the government has not provided any audio recordings to any party in Khashoggi's disappearance and will inform the world of the transparency of the investigation findings.
