She said that the job interview form or questionnaire officially approved by the Ministry includes four main items, starting with the Employee Data Item, including name, job, job number, degree, administration, date of appointment, date of resignation, It includes eight main axes to be discussed between the HR Officer and the employee, namely, "Promotion, Salary, Benefits and Incentives, Safety and Job Stability, Career Relationships with Colleagues, Training and Development Opportunities, Ethics and Work Ethics, Job Empowerment and the Work Environment."

The terms of the job interview form also include a question for the outgoing employee about the reasons for his leaving the institution, and lastly a brief survey of the employee's proposals to improve the working status of his colleagues at work.

The Ministry stressed that, in accordance with Ministerial Decision No. 212, in all cases of termination of employment, employers must provide their shares and the share of the insured (national workers) in contributions to pensions and social security approved in the State and in any other fund required by the applicable legal systems In the ministry to participate in the interest of the citizen.

In case the company fails to participate in this insurance, or if it does not supply the share of participation, a decision by the Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation may suspend the issuance of new work permits for the establishment until it carries out the required action. Work for pension and social security contributions approved in the country's legal systems, or any other fund in which he participates for the benefit of the worker, shall be fined 20,000 dirhams per case.
