According to the investigation, this batch of "sauce-flavored pork ribs" was a guaranteed supply material purchased from Shanghai Ben Life Information Technology Co., Ltd. by Jiangpu Street, Yangpu District.

Two production dates are stamped on the packaging of the "Sauce-flavored Pork Ribs" produced by the nominal manufacturer "Shangqiu Xinshengyuan Food Co., Ltd.".

They are "2021/11/08/S/Y" and "April 17, 2022" respectively, and the shelf life is 180 days at room temperature.

Shanghai Ben Life Information Technology Co., Ltd. did not arrange for staff to inspect the goods after purchasing the goods, which led to the influx of food with false production dates into the market.

The source of the batch of food suspected of having false production dates was further traced.

After investigation, the parties took advantage of the shortage of materials during the epidemic to cut the breast milk meat and leftovers stored in the company's refrigerated warehouse, packaged them into "high-end pork belly", and cooperated with its downstream seller Wei Mou to bundle the meat and vegetables at a high price. For external sales, about 658 copies were sold in total, involving more than 120,000 yuan.

The Songjiang District Market Supervision Bureau conducted an investigation into the party's illegal act of selling shoddy food, and transferred it to the public security organ at the same time.

At present, the public security organs have taken criminal coercive measures according to law against Zhang, the legal representative of the parties, and Wei, a downstream seller, who are suspected of selling fake and shoddy products.

案例三:关于尚某某无证无照经营案

Recently, after receiving clues from the public security organs, the client Shang Moumou took advantage of the convenience of being a security guard in a community on Pingliang Road, Yangpu District, and used the "epidemic prevention duty" armband purchased by himself, and posted the words "Support Shanghai" in a certain province on the obvious position of the truck. , fraudulently purchased a large amount of living materials in the name of "guaranteeing supply", and made profits by selling at a higher price in the WeChat group of "helping group purchases" in a community in Yangpu.
