The person in charge of the Eighth Procuratorate of the Supreme People's Pro Curatorate answered reporters' questions on the typical cases of "3·15" consumer rights protection procuratorial public interest litigation. Handle every case with high quality and efficiency to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, he said.

On the "March 15 International Consumer Rights Protection Day", the Supreme people's ProCuratorate released 10 typical cases. There are more than 18,000 cases involving food (including edible agricultural products) safety and nearly 5,000 Cases involving drug safety. There were about 330,000 kilograms of counterfeit and shoddy food.
