Shanghai introduces 20 measures to reduce the burden on enterprises and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. "Several Policies and Measures" will come into effect on March 23, 2024, and will be valid until December 31, 2024.
The main contents of "Several policies and measures" include reducing taxes, labor, energy, financing and other costs and optimizing services for enterprises, and implementing 20 policy measures. The measures aim to support stabilizing expectations, growth, and employment.
