A few days ago, a sudden power outage in a community in Xiamen caused elevators to stop operating, and people were trapped in 5 elevators in 3 unit buildings.
After the Xiamen Fire and Rescue Detachment received the police, it dispatched 1 vehicle and 7 people from Maxiang Fire Station to the scene for disposal.
After arriving at the scene, the rescuers carried the crowbar and the elevator lock key to quickly climb the stairs to carry out the rescue. Using the elevator key, the rescuers opened the hall door, and then worked together to open the elevator car door.
Afterwards, without taking a rest, the rescuers ran 3 buildings in a row to start the rescue.
The entire rescue lasted about 20 minutes, and a total of 8 people were successfully rescued.
