45-year-old engineer from Moscow region Oleg Ukolov was blocked in the burning Crocus City Hall. He was able to break through the frame wall and bring out the suffocating people.
Together with others, he hid from terrorists in a utility room that was quickly filling with carbon monoxide. On the way to the exit from the burning building, he helped rescuers carry out the wounded man. The engineer told RT what was happening in the captured building and how his knowledge helped save at least ten people from death.
