Regarding the above situation reflected by the parents, on August 20, the relevant person in charge of the Planning and Land Supervision Team of Taoyuan Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, told The Paper that they had gone to the field many times to conduct investigations and had verbally asked developers to stop underground " The construction of the clubhouse.

Mysterious passage leads directly to the underground "club"
"The entrance of the underground passage is under an outdoor amusement facility in the kindergarten. There is a wooden fence door at the entrance. Many parents told reporters that the director of Baoneng City Kindergarten responded to parents’ questions on the kindergarten open day on August 18, saying that the passage under the children’s facility was a civil air defense project, and emphasized that the three-story building next door was indeed the kindergarten’s education. The kindergarten has not yet obtained enrollment qualifications
On the morning of August 19, the parents went to the Nanshan District Education Bureau on this matter.
"The leader of the pre-school education department told us that Baoneng City Kindergarten has not yet received the admissions approval from the Bureau of Education, and will not be able to open on September 1 this year under normal circumstances. On the afternoon of August 19, Ye Zongbin, deputy general manager of the Baoneng City Project Department of Shenzhen Huaying Real Estate Co., Ltd., told The Paper that the underground part of the kindergarten education and training center was not the work of the developer.
"Before the kindergarten was qualified, it was leased to a private boss as a training institution. This part was built by him."
Ye Zongbin said that the developer has already begun to demolish underground entertainment facilities.
"Because the demolition takes a certain amount of time, in order to ensure the normal operation of the kindergarten, we will physically separate the kindergarten and the part to be demolished. The three-story building next to the kindergarten will continue to be used as a supporting education and training center."
Regarding the question of kindergarten enrollment qualifications, Ye Zongbin also admitted that the District Education Bureau attaches great importance to this matter, and the developers are also actively following up.
"After the physical separation is completed, the enrollment qualifications should be available."
But parents still have doubts about the developer's attitude.
"If the whole building is illegally constructed, it must be demolished. If the procedures for this education and training center are legal and compliant, then the underground'club' must be demolished.
