5 tips to avoid fatigue on the first days of fasting

The fasting person in the first days of fasting suffers from fatigue and exhaustion, due to abstaining from food for long hours and the change in the daily diet, and because of the sudden change in lifestyle that the body needs a few days to get used to and adapt to it.

The head of the Nutrition Department at the Ministry of Health, Latifa Rashid, stressed the need to pay attention to the diet, because it is considered the most important in avoiding fatigue and in making fasting healthy for a full month without the body feeling exhausted.
