The rules of the melody festival are strict.

A final entry may not be played or republished until after the fourth round.

Only on Saturday night this week, you will be able to listen to Tusse, Dotter and the other finalists again.

Thousands have seen the finalists

But on the Russian site VK, which is usually described as Russia's Facebook, everything is already there.

Every single competition is published in its entirety.

And also several contributions are there - song by song.

The entries and competitions are published by a number of different accounts on the site.

And according to statistics, the TV clips have thousands of views and have thus been seen completely against the rules.

Got rid of accreditation

The first leak was made by a Russian site that had been accredited to the Melodifestivalen.

They then had the same opportunity to preview the rehearsals as all the journalists who cover the competition.

They had then downloaded the rehearsals and uploaded them as audio clips on VK.

That site quickly lost its accreditation.

But now it seems that there are other people who have continued to publish the contributions on the site week after week.

Competition producer: "We have reported"

The Melodifestival production is only surprised when SVT Nyheter asks questions about the publications.

However, just like with the first leak, it should not affect the competition, says competition producer Karin Gunnarson.

“We have reported the uploads of the copyrighted material.

As it is not the authors or a record company that is behind the publication, it will not affect the competition ", she writes in an email to SVT Nyheter.
