According to Kawasaki City, a female teacher in her fifties who works for a municipal elementary school in Miyamae Ward was newly infected.

The teacher was sick on the 3rd of this month, and the next day, he went to a medical institution and was diagnosed as having no suspicion of an infection, and was working on the 8th and 9th of this month on weekends and holidays.

However, after returning home on the 9th, he had a fever, and on the 10th he was examined and found to be infected.

The city will close this elementary school for the time being from the 13th, and will disinfect the school building and confirm that there are concentrated contacts.

In Kanagawa prefecture, the number of new infections announced on the 11th reached 35, exceeding the number of 32 on the 10th, and the highest number since the declaration of emergency on May 25 was lifted.
