Alec Baldwin is scheduled to stand trial for the fatal shooting of a camerawoman on the set of the western "Rust" In July, the public prosecutor's tactics in the proceedings are already becoming public. Prosecutor Kari Morrissey has outlined in 32 pages how she will try to prove the actor is partly responsible.
Baldwin is charged with involuntary manslaughter; he denies pulling the trigger on the gun. The gun master was found guilty of negligent homicide in March. Hannah Gutierrez-Reed now faces a prison sentence of up to 18 months.
