Now the interchanging for them is 1-1.65%, after changes it will vary from 1.5 to 2.3% depending on the category of the card with which the payment was made.

Visa explained that it periodically revises rates and changes in existing programs are aimed at bringing the rate policy in line with market realities.

The representative of the company emphasized that interchanging is not the income of the payment system, it is received by the issuing bank and directed to the development of the payment infrastructure.
