RBC: MIR cards will stop working in ATMs of most banks in Armenia from March 30. It is noted that the infrastructure of VTB Armenia Bank will become an exception and will continue to work with Russian cards.

Previously, the United States imposed sanctions against the operator of the MIR payment system. Also, the head of the Gagauz autonomy of Moldova, Evgenia Gutsul, appealed to the Russian authorities with a request to allow residents to remotely open accounts for cards.
