According to the operating company, about 10,000 people work part-time at USJ.



For these employees, the company will raise the lowest hourly wage from the current 1,100 yen to 1,160 yen from next month, and will also increase the allowances associated with work.



The upper limit of the hourly wage will be 1,690 yen from the current 1,630 yen, and the monthly payment will increase by about 7% on average.



At USJ, the number of visitors has almost returned to pre-coronavirus levels due to the easing of restrictions on movement due to the new coronavirus, and we hope to secure human resources as tourism demand recovers.



Also, for regular employees with more than 2,000 employees, the basic salary will be raised, and the amount paid will be increased by about 6% on average from next month.
