The minimum wage in 20 provinces exceeds 2,000 yuan. For part-time employees, the minimum hourly wages are also set at NT$20,20,18 and NT$4.4 accordingly. The hourly minimum wage standard applies to part- time employees. If an employer refuses to implement the minimum wage standards, the human resources and social security departments at all levels may make rectifications.
