In a segment where war is raging, the Citroën C3 Aircross has indeed been able to convince, since some 330,000 people have signed an order form to date.
In its revised and corrected version, the C3 Aircross capitalizes on its qualities, but also corrects some shortcomings.
The first observation is obviously that of the retouched front face, which adopts a more assertive look, less "big cute baby", which gives it a little extra character.
However, it's still Citroën design: you like it or you don't.
In the cabin, we show as much parsimony in the changes, but just enough to improve the general perception.
Let's admit, we would have liked a little extra effort on certain plastics.
But we still appreciate the new 9 '' screen, which gives access to a new connected infotainment system, really more modern than the previous one.
Comfortable as you wish
The C3 Aircross also receives a color head-up display, as well as a rear view camera. Clearly, Citroën is not trying to do too much technologically, to focus on what really benefits everyone: comfort. And here again, the brand affirms its DNA. Already particularly welcoming, the new "Advanced Comfort" seats of the C3 Aircross take another step forward. Honestly, their thick and soft foam (without being overly so, as it could be the case in Citroëns of the past) makes the difference the second you sit down. So much so that for us, this little vehicle is more cozy… than a modern DS!
For the rest, the C3 Aircross is equal to itself.
Its petrol (110 or 130 hp) and diesel (110 or 120 hp) engines are largely sufficient for its vocation, the comfort of the seats is supplemented by that of the damping, and there is still no trace of false dynamic ambitions.
And it is very well like that.
In short, there is everything you need to prolong the success of this honest, generous and pleasant little family, which we can afford from less than 20,000 euros.
