He also made a proposal to restructure budget loans to the regions provided in 2020 to counter the pandemic by 2029.
The Russian leader said that the regions can be provided with infrastructure budget loans at a rate of no more than 3% for 15 years.
“Until the end of 2023, we plan to allocate such infrastructure loans for a total amount of at least half a trillion rubles - 500 billion,” the head of state said.
