Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin discussed the flood situation with the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov. He said that the flood in the Orenburg region is classified as a federal emergency. The Kurgan and Tyumen regions are expected to see flooding in the next few days.
