“MTS does not agree with the claims of the bank and intends to defend its position,” they said.
As it became known earlier, the Moscow Arbitration Court registered Tinkoff Bank's claim against MTS.
The lawsuit is related to the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on abuse of the monopoly high price for SMS messaging services.
