Tinkoff Bank launched RMB exchange at ATMs. Customers can buy yuan from their ruble account.
The service is available to residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Krasnodar and Irkutsk. The bank clarified that transactions for the purchase of yuan at Tinkoff ATMs are not subject to restrictions related to the monthly cash withdrawal limit at an ATM or the limit of the Central Bank of Russia for currency withdrawal (established in March 2022)
