“Just as with the exchange of dollars and euros, customer transactions for the purchase of yuan at Tinkoff ATMs are not subject to restrictions related to the monthly cash withdrawal limit at an ATM or the limit of the Central Bank of Russia for currency withdrawal (established in March 2022),” — the bank clarified.
The service is available to residents of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Volgograd, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk and Sochi.
