The Central Bank of Russia has recommended that creditors write off the debts of the victims of the terrorist attack in Krasnogorsk. “Creditors should provide the necessary support to victims based on their application, up to complete release from obligations under credit agreements or loan agreements,” the Central Bank said in a statement.

It also became known that Sberbank has collected more than 360 million rubles for the victims. The Central Bank has sent relevant recommendations to banks, credit cooperatives, pawnshops, etc.
