There is a backlash as it is known that an instructor at a famous mart cultural center wrote down a student's appearance evaluation on the attendance sheet because he wanted to remember the face well.

According to Yonhap News today (16th), Mr. A, who was taking a class at a cultural center in a famous mart in Seoul, suffered an absurd incident on the 10th.

Having been taking a three-month course at a famous mart cultural center since December 6 last year, he arrived at the classroom 10 minutes earlier than the class time.

Mr. A, who saw the attendance sheet on the desk in the classroom, could not help but be surprised.

This is because the instructor who manages the attendance book wrote down appearance reviews next to the names of the students.

This class was related to 'children's parenting and play', and the names of children and parents were written together. I wrote notes such as 'small eyes', 'white', 'walking around', 'large face', and 'small and pretty face'.

When Mr. A, who saw this, questioned the instructor, he is known to have said, "I wrote it down to remember the faces of the children."

Mr. A said, “I took the class because it was my first child, so I thought it would be helpful for raising children. There are many lectures at the cultural center, but I began to doubt whether other lecturers had this attitude toward children.

In addition, he added, "I saw 4 other students also reviewing the appearance of the attendance sheet, and some of them protested to the cultural center." .

It is known that the mart cultural center is taking action to figure out the situation as the parents protested, closing Mr. A's course and taking measures to have the students move to another course or receive a full refund.

In addition, a mart official said, "I sincerely bow my head and apologize to all customers who have been hurt by the instructor's inappropriate behavior." We plan to provide a substitute instructor class or a full refund."

"We are fully aware of the heavy responsibility for this incident, and we will do our best to prevent this from happening again through more thorough instructor management and training," he said.
