In the trial of a former instructor at Yotsuya Otsuka, a major junior high school entrance cram school, who was accused of repeatedly secretly filming his female students, prosecutors said, ``He took advantage of the children's complete trust in the defendant, who is their cram school teacher.'' He was sentenced to two years in prison for "ignoring dignity."

Takato Mori (25), who was a lecturer at Yotsuya Otsuka, a major junior high school entrance exam school, repeatedly secretly filmed the underwear of 12 of his female students at a school building in Tokyo between March and August last year using his smartphone. He is being accused of crimes.

On the 11th, the defendant was questioned, and the former teacher explained why he started secretly filming the children, saying, ``The children were noisy and they were physically and mentally exhausted, so I wanted to get revenge.'' I could see the children's underwear as they were on all fours. "So I took the picture."

He also stated that he posted the stolen images in a group chat on SNS, saying, ``I wanted to entertain the people around me.Afterwards, I got obscene comments from the members and got excited, so I repeated them.''

The prosecutor said, ``He took advantage of his position as a lecturer to stealthily film their private time together, such as interviews. He took advantage of the children's trust in the defendant, who is their cram school teacher, and it was a very despicable act that ignored their dignity.'' He was sentenced to two years in prison, saying, "This is a malicious act."

On the other hand, the defense requested a suspended sentence, stating that he had shown remorse.

The verdict is scheduled to be handed down on the 26th of this month.
