A man in his 20s has been charged with trying to secretly board a car in which a 3-year-old girl is riding alone.

It happened in the twinkling of an eye when the child's father lowered his eyes.

The Incheon Yeonsu Police Station announced yesterday (11th) that it had booked a man in his 20s without detention on charges of attempting to use a car illegally.

Mr. B fought to stop this, and eventually Mr. A got out of the car.

As a result, Mr. B injured his wrist and back and was diagnosed with 8 weeks of pretreatment, and his daughter was also diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) after receiving extreme psychological shock.

In a police investigation, Mr. B claimed, "Mr. A got out of the car only after a quick fight and he continued to laugh."

However, Mr. A stated to the police that "I thought it was a friend's car and tried to board it," and he is said to be denying the crime.

A police official said, “At the time, Mr. A was not in a drunken state.
