The manufacturer, who caused controversy after a darkened work glove was found in the packaging of frozen dumplings, issued an apology and suspended sales of the product indefinitely.

Today (3rd), Green Village apologized for causing a scandal by posting a post on the notice board of its website, 'Guidelines for mixing of Korean wheat gyoza dumplings'.

Earlier, on the 31st of last month, an article titled 'Work gloves came out of frozen dumplings' was posted on the Internet community.

In the article, author A pointed out the attitude of the head office toward customers along with the discovery of foreign substances in the product.

Mr. A said, "I called the store, but after receiving and contacting the head office, there was no contact (from the head office) for nearly two hours. When I called (to the head office), the call came within 10 minutes."

At the same time, Mr. A insisted, "The customer (the counselor) repeatedly asked why he was late to the customer who was embarrassed by the work gloves coming out of the dumplings."

Confused at the counselor's response, Mr. A asked, "How surprised were the gloves coming out of the dumplings? Shouldn't the first thing to be said is 'I'm so sorry'," but the counselor simply apologized.

Feeling that the counselor's response was insufficient, Mr. A requested another counselor, but only received a reply saying, "I have just received the message. Looking at the photo, it seems to be a serious problem, so I will tell you to contact the dumpling maker directly."

Afterwards, Mr. A posted an additional post, saying, "The manager of the customer service center called and he said he had an interview with the two employees, and he came to my place and apologized." .

Netizens responded, "Even though the company was promoting it with the words 'eco-friendly' and 'organic', it was unclean," and "If I made a mistake, I apologize first."
