Kim Hye-kyung, a suspect in the case of 'corporate card misappropriation', and her assistant, Bae, are handed over to the prosecution.
An official from the Gyeonggi Nambu Police Agency said, "Around 5 pm today, Kim Hye-kyung and Bae will be sent over on charges of breach of the Public Official Election Act, etc."
Yesterday (30th), the court dismissed Bae's arrest warrant because it was difficult to believe that the necessity and reasonableness of arresting Mr. Bae had been sufficiently explained.
