This news is from reporter Kim Kwan-jin.

This is a text message sent by businessman Mo Park to his attendant, Mo Jung, in March 2020.

The account owner, along with the account number, is a politician who was also running for the 2020 general election as a former vice-president of the Democratic Party.

Driver Jeong has remitted 220 million won to Lee's account five times until May, including 50 million won that day.

I also transferred more than 100 million won to Lee's unnie's account three times.

Knight Jung also said that he bought golf clubs and a golf bag with Park's family card in November 2020 and gave it to Lee as a gift.

Mr. Lee and Mr. Park, who were recently seized by the prosecution, explained that they only borrowed money and lent it.

Prosecutors, however, are suspicious of the use of an attendant or a family account.

We are investigating the allegation that some of the money given to Park by Mr. Park was transferred to a public company employee for a promotion request.

At the prosecution, the attendant Jung claimed that Park made a request for personnel requests from two Korea Southern Power officials through Mr. Lee.

In Mr. Jung's account, there is also a record of depositing 35 million won each from two people with the same name as these South Power officials before the time when money was sent to Mrs. Lee's sister.

Businessman Park claimed that his account was unavailable due to a lawsuit with the National Tax Service, and that his golf clubs were refunded immediately after purchase.

Mr. Lee's side claimed that he borrowed 700 million won from Park and repaid 500 million won, claiming that it was a normal borrowing relationship.
