▲ Published book 'No one misses', a collection of letters from former President Park Geun-hye in prison

Former President Park Geun-hye said, "What I can say clearly is that I have never done such an ugly thing that I have self-interest and take care of my interests for anyone."

After the impeachment in March 2017, letters sent by supporters to former President Park in prison and former President Park's replies to this were combined and revealed in the book 'No One Happens to No One', published today (30th).

Former President Park will be released at midnight today.

This book consists of 4 chapters: Chapter 1 2017 - The Year the Sky Falls, Chapter 2 2018 - Endless Wait, Chapter 3 2019 - I Saw Hope, Chapter 4 2020 - And Yet there is.

In her book, former President Park consistently expressed a critical stance on the trial and media reports of the National Nongdan case, and repeatedly appealed for the unfairness of the impeachment.

The Democratic Party, which was the opposition party at the time, also broke the silence and opened up about the 'Seven Hours of Sewol ferry' that was raised with suspicion.

There was no apology or message of remorse for the political chaos and impeachment caused by the National Nongdan incident during his time in power.

A critical message to the Moon Jae-in administration and opposition politicians also stood out.

There was no direct reference to the presidential candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, who led the investigation into the Choi Soon-sil National Nongdan case, but there was also an interpretation that he was targeting Yoon, who was the head of the Central Prosecutors' Office at the time, in a detour, citing the unfairness of issuing an additional arrest warrant in October 2017.

Throughout the book, former President Park emphasized the injustice of the Gukjeong Nongdan case and impeachment.

Even if it takes time, the truth will come out, and until then, he reiterated his intention to wait patiently.

It is interpreted in the same context as when, in January 2017, he refuted the suspicion of 'Park Geun-hye-Choi Soon-sil economic community' raised by Special Prosecutor Park Young-soo at the time of the National Nongdan incident, saying, "Even if it was woven, it was badly woven."

Former President Park said, "The times when I closed my ears and closed my eyes no matter what I said, the time passed like a lantern. The judicial judgment against me will come to an end someday, but another new step will begin."

It is interpreted as showing a will to restore political honor in relation to impeachment.

"Anyone can make mistakes and make wrong decisions, but no one has the courage to admit those mistakes or mistakes," a citizen who supported impeachment responded to a letter with the intention of 'regretting'.

In the case of Gukjeong Nongdan, he also revealed distrust of the media and the judiciary.

Former President Park said, "I was very disappointed to see some media that irresponsibly reported fake news and unconfirmed reports centered on gossip, but never reflected on such misinformation." I think the day will come when we will be held accountable.”

He also revealed his position on the malicious rumors that were circulating in the impeachment phase.

In particular, in relation to the mention of 'sex tape' by reporter Joo Jin-woo and broadcaster Kim Je-dong at a talk concert held at Waseda University in Japan in 2016, he said, "I've heard conversations from two people. They mocked and insulted me with the content, but I ignored it because it was not true.

Former President Park did not attend the trial after an additional arrest warrant was issued in October 2017.

Former President Park said, "The reason I endured the murderous trial schedule four times a week while enduring so many contempts was because of my supreme belief that the judiciary would cover up the chaos on the side of the truth. After seeing what he was doing, I decided that it was an act of catering for a set conclusion.”

He added, "I expressed my intentions to the lawyers because I thought that it was meaningless and futile to participate in a trial conducted by such a court any longer."

On the day of the Sewol ferry disaster in 2014, he broke his silence and opened his mouth about the 'seven-hour suspicion'.

In a letter from a supporter who said, 'The Sewol disaster has become a religion,' "The situation on the day the Sewol ferry sank was so shocking that it is very difficult to recall the situation now. received," he said.

He continued, "There were bizarre rumors and malicious plots about me in relation to the situation at the time when the Sewol ferry sank, but I was silent because I believed in the power of truth. I think as time goes on, what is the truth will be revealed.”

Criticism of the Moon Jae-in regime continued, and in the process, candidate Yoon and former Justice Minister Cho Kuk also appeared.

A letter from Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, said in an article titled 'The Fatherland Hearing, the world is so messed up', referring to the fact that the then Prosecutor General Yoon had indicted the former Minister's wife Jeong Gyeong-shim, saying, "The name of Yoon Seok-yeol. The three-year-old is an object of hatred that cannot be erased from my mind. What does it mean for him to prosecute the wife of his motherland?"

In a reply from former President Park, Park said, "It is said that when you evaluate a person, you can see what kind of person he is by looking back on the path that person has walked. There is no,” he wrote.

He added, "I don't think a person who doesn't understand the ordinary reason that the more they try to deceive others, the deeper they fall into the abyss of lies cannot take on the affairs of the country."

However, it doesn't seem clear who he was targeting, Yoon or former Minister Cho.

In a letter pointing out that the Moon Jae-in government is using Corona 19 to maintain the regime, singer Na Hoon-ah was mentioned.

Former President Park said, "I heard the news of Na Hoon-ah's performance. In particular, I heard that the song 'Tess hyung', which contains the lyrics of 'Tess hyung, why is the world like this, why is it so hard,' gave a lot of sympathy to the people."

He also warned, "Many things have changed since the impeachment, and I've heard that they are changing." He warned, "Inciting agitation can deceive people for a while and have the results they want, but that life won't be long."

In a letter announcing the arrest and imprisonment of former President Lee Myung-bak (MB), he wrote, "I was sad to hear of the arrest."

In replying to the letter in prison, former President Park did not hide her longing for her father, the late former President Park Chung-hee, and her mother, the late Yuk Young-soo.

In various replies, "My constitution has changed since I was shocked that my mother died suddenly of the chest bullet", "I miss my father more and more as time passes", "It is my father's anniversary in a month, but I don't think I will be able to visit my father's grave again this time." Longing was revealed.

Also, "There were people who said that the journey of my life was tumultuous. I also think that I have lived a different life from my ordinary life. Sometimes I envy the ordinary life." I used to strengthen myself with the belief that I would live for the Republic of Korea."

When a supporter worried that he had heard that Park had lost up to 30 kg of weight, he replied, "There is no fact that he has lost that much weight. Maybe someone misunderstood and heard the news."
