A drunken man in his 50s has been arrested by police after pulling a stroller carrying an 8-month-old baby and beating a 3-year-old child.

The Incheon West Police Station announced today (3rd) that they booked A without detention on charges of assault.

Mr. A is accused of trying to take the stroller that 8-month-old group B was riding on several times on a street in Seo-gu, Incheon at around 10:30 am yesterday (2nd) to take it away from the mother of group B.

It was investigated that A also hit the neck of group B's older brother, 3-year-old C.

After receiving a report from the mothers of groups B and C, the police rushed to the scene and arrested A as a current criminal.

It was confirmed that Mr. A, who was in a drunken state, committed the crime without any reason to those who did not have a face-to-face meeting.

During the police investigation, Mr. A stated, "I was drunk and I can't remember the situation at the time. I'm sorry for the child."

It was identified that A, who is currently unemployed, lives in a shelter for a religious group.

A police official said, "After investigating Mr. A, he handed it over to a facility operated by a religious organization."
