A 50-year-old man who molested and raped his stepdaughter 300 times over 12 years has been sentenced to prison.
The 11th Criminal Division of the Jeonju District Court (Chief Judge Kang Dong-won) announced on the 31st of last month that 54-year-old A, who was charged with violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (rape of minors under the age of 13), was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
A was handed over to trial on charges of sexually assaulting B and repeating pregnancy and abortion 343 times over 12 years from 2009, when stepdaughter B was 9 years old.
Person A repeatedly sexually assaulted her, saying, "I do this because I love you." If Mr. B refuses, it was investigated that he threatened "I will kill my entire family" and "I will rape your sister."
