Gunzburg said that in the course of post-registration studies "they will take a lot of tests, and in terms of civilian turnover, no tests are needed."

At the same time, he noted that “if a person says that he has recently been ill, then the doctor must decide whether to check something or not, and so no additional tests are provided.”

He also answered the question of whether a person who is asymptomatic and does not know about his disease with COVID-19 is vaccinated against coronavirus, will this affect the course of the disease.

"No, it will not be reflected," Gunzburg answered the relevant question.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health of Russia issued the N.N. Gamaleya permission to conduct post-marketing studies of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Gunzburg also noted that the civil circulation of the COVID-19 vaccine may begin a month after the start of the third, post-registration stage of drug research.
