Singer Jeong Jun-young and Choi Jong-hoon, who were handed over to the court for allegedly committing sexual offenses, including collective sexual assault, have both sentenced their sentences in the second trial to be less than the first trial. The court explained that they had agreed with the victim or had taken into account the reflection.

Singer Jung Jun-young and Choi Jong-hoon were sentenced to 6 and 5 years in prison respectively in a trial because they were accused of sexually assaulting a drunk unconscious woman.

The 2nd trial court today (12th) sentenced Mr. Chung to 5 years in prison and Choi to 2 years in June.

Jung is one year less than one trial, and Choi is half as short as one trial.

The court said Mr. Jung couldn't agree with the victims, but he considered taking serious reflection.

Choi agreed with some victims, but said it was difficult to reflect on the fact that the charges were not acknowledged.

Considering the agreement, Choi's sentence was cut in half, but it seems that he was sentenced to death rather than a probation because he judged that he was not reflecting.

Compared to the precedents of probation because of past victims' consensus, the criticism still remains excessively commuted.

In the case of Choi, even though he denied the charges, he was commuted to the maximum amount that the judge could cut because he agreed with some victims.

Chung, who could not agree with the victim, was the basis for the commutation.

The judges sentenced four years of imprisonment, such as the first trial, to four brothers of the famous singer, Kwon Mo, who were prosecuted together, and four years of imprisonment and two years of probation in August, respectively.
