North Korean Foreign Minister: “The abduction issue has been resolved. We will not accept Japan’s attempt to make contact”.

This is the first time since Foreign Minister Choi took office a year ago that he has issued a statement that directly refers to relations with Japan. North Korea just claimed in a statement on the 26th of this month by Kim Yo Jong, the younger sister of North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un, that North Korea "will refuse any contact or negotiations with the Japanese side"
