Ingebrigtsen to final after push: "Stressed"

Last night, an attempt was made at 1,500 meters and the Norwegian Jakob Ingebrigtsen - reigning Olympic champion - controlled the field.

He put himself in the lead and kept the speed down, but it still became dramatic.

With one and a half laps left, he was pushed by the Ethiopian Samuel Tefera and lost his balance.

The Norwegian was pushed by the Ethiopian, but then managed to advance to the top.

- It was OK.

I would actually be behind, but most people want to move forward, he says to NRK after the race.

"I got a little stressed"

When 200 meters remained, Ingebrogtsen was run around, but was able to finish third in the time 3.37.02.

His girlfriend Elisabeth Asserson followed the race, with her heart in her throat.
